We came in on Monday and HP’d a X-trainer that Tom sold to us. What an experience!!!! He was fantastic and I thought I would e-mail you an let you know. We had a great experience with your shop and after talking to you a few weeks ago re: x trainer we realised we were being conned by other people selling fitness equipment. It was nice to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about and not just out to make a sale – as we experienced next door to you. We have told all our friends and colleagues about our experience with you and your staff and hope that the “tree bears fruit” for you and your business. Your staff member is a credit to your business and both of our kids are wrapped with the box that it came in!!!!! Our 10 year old daughter has used the machine more than we have and is very happy – a definite consumer later on in life. Once again thanks – I just thought I would let you know, so often we are too complaining and the compliments thin on the ground.

After careful comparison of fitness materials and services available in Tauranga we decided 2 months ago to purchase a M2 Gym and Lifestyle 007 Cross trainer from The Fitness Store. Looking for the right combination between strengh and cardiovascular work out we were enchanted by the professional and individually tailored advice given by Leeanne and Sean, who carefully took our personal time budgets and fitness goals in account. Competitive pricing and prompt and professional delivery / set up of the equipment rounded the picture. We were actually able to safely employ and enjoy our new home gym without any frustrating time lost in pages of set up manuals sitting amidst heaps of screws and bolts.
Even though it is still early in our “road to fitness recovery” we start to see the amazing results that regular workouts give both physically and mentally. We highly value the flexibility offered by our own home gym as it fits perfectly in our busy professional and family schedules. Incidentally the garage- now converted into a gym- has pretty much changed to a much frequented space for all family members from teenage children to middle aged parents.

Thank you for the wonderful American Motion Fitness 9940 treadmill and Paragon M2 Home gym which I have recently purchased. I have no idea why I waited so long. Years in fact, to provide myself with consistently accessible equipment which would provide ongoing fitness. As a working mother at home alone with boys it is often impossible to find time to exercise, or rather the freedom while not leaving my children alone. Having purchased these machines has turned this all around and increased my fitness, stamina and general wellbeing.
As you know I am INCREDIBLY busy so after the initial research of what the different outlets had to offer getting me to actually do the deed was no mean feat. Mostly because I literally do not have time to follow-through in a timely fashion. Your perseverance with me and constant ‘make it as easy as possible’ got me there in the end and you with the sale.
I went to 3 other equipment outlets and can honestly say, no one but no one, had the follow up, the consistency to continue calling me to action. You got the sale on this alone, PLUS you made it as easy as possible. Working around my home times, weekends, being available to check equipment and offering ongoing support to ensure it went as smoothly and easily as possible for me. I so appreciated this.
Thank you for everything. You really do deserve to succeed and I can see why you do. You are an awesome team, passionate about your products, making it right for customers and your business. A recipe that can only lead to success.
